Amanda

My name is Amanda, and I am 26 years old. I am a veterinary technician at Lisner Animal Hospital. It’s always been my passion to care for animals since I was little, and I was always determined to become a voice for the neglected and judged. I started to rescue and foster in 2017, then attended Ross Medical where I received my Vet Assistant Certificate. I am now currently enrolled in school, as I plan to take it as far as I can. I love learning and tackling new challenges. I have so many fur babies because enough is never enough! Although it can take a toll mentally and physically, I wouldn’t trade what I do for the world. Brock (my boy pictured) is where my dedication and commitment comes from. He was rescued and I haven’t looked back since!
